We are always seeking to hire Administrative Assistants who have Government of Alberta Experience at a level 5 or higher. These positions will take care of comprehensive administrative tasks, and will assist the Executive Director and senior level managers. The salary will be based on experience and will range between $20-23/hr. This is a great opportunity for those interested in temporary work with the Government of Alberta.

The qualified candidate will have:
•	A minimum of 5 years of experience in a high level administrative assistant role
•	Previous government of Alberta experience at an AS4 level or higher
•	A business administration diploma along with experience is preferred
•	Strong skills in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint,  and desktop publishing
•	Experience with the Action Request Tracking System (ARTS) 
•	Strong written and verbal communication skills
•	Proofreading and editing skills
•	Records management experience
•	Minute Taking Experience
